A member of the Fantastic Four, Sue Storm is notable for being the groups damsel in distress during the Silver Age (the good old days!). Her most famous KO scene was in FF #8, when the Puppet Master gassed her in his lair. It was recreated twice, once in another comic and once in the TV series. Even today, Sue Storm is occasionally knocked out, in a sort of throwback to her damsel in distress days.
